We make every effort to ensure your goods reach you as quickly and safely as possible. However, delivery times vary from 2 to 6 days for air freight and from 10 to 38 days for sea freight. This depends entirely on your exact delivery address, particularly its distance.

The shelf life of our products’ specific properties, such as taste, texture, and nutritional value, is always over 24 months. Nevertheless, some products have a shorter shelf life due to legal requirements. We make every effort to ensure that shipped products have a minimum shelf life of 15 months.

Thanks to our experienced team and our partners who work daily to forge new business relationships with producers and direct suppliers around the globe, we guarantee the availability and quality of our products. Our products are primarily sourced from France. However, they can be shipped from Austria, Germany, Portugal, Turkey, and many other European nations including out of Europe, depending on the destination of the goods.

This has never happened to us before, but as the saying goes, “better safe than sorry”, which is why, if we were to find ourselves in such a situation, your order will be returned to you within 48 hours, especially if the responsibility lies with us.

Once your goods have been shipped, we automatically provide you with a tracking number so you can follow their delivery. This allows you to monitor your package from home or your office, regardless of its location.

Our goods are always shipped within the agreed timeframe. However, in the event of a significant delay (more than 3 weeks), the seller and buyer will amicably agree on a compensation plan.
