RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
MY GROS DEMI GROS offers its customers the possibility of exchanging or returning products purchased from us without giving a reason, within 10 days of receiving the product. For this to apply, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in perfect condition, in the same condition as when it was shipped, hermetically sealed, and with its original factory labels attached. It must not show any dents, scratches, or damage of any kind.
- The right to exchange or return must be exercised within 14 days of receiving the products.
- The receipt proving the purchase must be presented and the date of receipt verified with the relevant document.

- The legal guarantee provided for in consumer guarantees are primarily governed by the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), specifically Articles L217-3 to L217-20. This should not apply, under the terms that will be expressed in the following section.
If all the aforementioned conditions are met, the customer may exchange the product for another of the same or similar value or return it, that is, obtain a complete refund of the money paid. Under no circumstances will the seller be responsible for reimbursing the costs associated with the exchange rate or payment charged by the bank.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
In accordance with Articles 19 and 20 of Law No. 19.493 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the consumer shall have the right to the legal guarantee of the product in force for 6 months after the purchase, period in which the consumer may demand the replacement of the defective product, the return of the money paid or the repair of the product, under the terms of the articles of the aforementioned law that are transcribed below:
Article 19.- The consumer shall have the right to replacement of the product or, failing that, to choose between a bonus of its value in the purchase of another or a refund of the price paid in excess, when the quantity or net content of a product is less than that indicated on the container or packaging.
Article 20.- In the cases indicated below, without prejudice to compensation for damages caused, the consumer may choose between free repair of the goods or, after restitution, their replacement or the refund of the amount paid:
- a) When products subject to mandatory safety or quality standards do not meet the corresponding specifications; b) When the materials, parts, pieces, elements, substances, or ingredients that constitute or comprise the products do not correspond to the specifications they bear or to the information on the label; c) When any product, due to deficiencies in manufacturing, processing, materials, parts, pieces, elements, substances, ingredients, structure, quality, or sanitary conditions, as applicable, is not entirely suitable for the use or consumption for which it is intended or for which the supplier has indicated in its advertising; d) When the supplier and consumer have agreed that the products subject to the contract must meet certain specifications and this does not occur; e) When, after the first time the warranty has been invoked and the corresponding technical service has been provided, the deficiencies that render the product unsuitable for the use or consumption referred to in letter c) persist. This right shall remain in effect in the event of a deficiency other than the one addressed by the technical service, or if the same deficiency recurs, within the time periods referred to in the following article; f) When the object of the contract has hidden defects or flaws that prevent its intended use; g) When the purity of the metals in articles of goldsmithing, jewelry, and other similar items is lower than that indicated therein. For the purposes of this article, an item sold as a whole shall be considered a single item, even if it is composed of different units, parts, pieces, or modules, regardless of whether these may or may not be useful independently of one another. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of replacement, a unit, part, piece, or module may be replaced, provided it is an identical one.
In consideration of the above, the consumer must make use of the legal guarantee in the cases mentioned above, and will not be allowed to make use of the “entrelatas” exchange and return policy, set out in the previous title.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or reflected in your transactions.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mygrosdemisgros.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the exact address that will be provided to you by us after receiving your return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund except the problem comes from us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
